Do you watch BBC Three?
Do you listen to Radio 1 or 1Xtra?
Have you got views on how well the BBC provides for younger audiences?
If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then the BBC Trust wants to hear from you.
The BBC Trust is the governing body of the BBC and is here to make sure the BBC meets the public’s expectations by providing great TV, radio and online services for everyone in the UK.
As part of this the Trust takes an in-depth look at all the BBC’s services at least once during a five year cycle. This time we are looking at services aimed at young people (aged 13 to 34), so this includes Radio 1, 1Xtra and BBC Three.
As part of our review, we’re asking people up and down the country to tell us what they think – what they do and don’t enjoy, and what the BBC could do better.
We will use your responses, alongside a range of other data and information, to decide if any changes are needed to improve the BBC’s services, and we will require the people in charge of the services to respond. Our report will be published in 2009.
To tell us what you think click ‘Start the survey’ below. The closing date is 16 December 2008.
This consultation is designed for the public. If you are an organisation – another broadcaster for example, please go to our guidance for organisations.
